Welcome to Punch Kraft, an engineering brand division owned and operated by Devata Enterprises. By utilizing our die design, manufacturing, and supply services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following B2B terms and conditions.

1. Manufacturing Scope & Tolerances

Punch Kraft manufactures wooden flatbed and rotary dies based strictly on client-provided layout design dimensions. All specifications are evaluated under our quality protocols:

  • Dimensional Accuracy: Our CNC laser cutters operate within a tolerance of ±0.02mm. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the board GSM and material thickness matches the rule height margins specified in the inquiry.
  • Wood Warping: We utilize premium multi-ply hardwood plywood. While highly moisture-resistant, wooden bases must be stored in dry, temperature-controlled manufacturing storage environments to prevent dimensional shifts.

2. Vector CAD File Submissions

Clients are required to verify structural drawing lines before submission:

  • Compatible Formats: We accept vector files in .DXF, .CF2, or .DWG formats.
  • Design Approval: Our CAD department will draft a production layout proof. Once approved by the client via email or instant chat, Punch Kraft is not liable for layout errors (crease-cutting misalignments, carton fold overlapping) present in the original layout files.

3. Quotations, Pricing & Payments

All commercial transactions are governed by standard B2B guidelines:

  • Quote Validity: Price estimations are valid for 30 calendar days from issue date.
  • Taxation: Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged extra on all orders. GST details must be provided at the time of placing an order to avail input tax credits.
  • Payment Terms: Unless credit terms are explicitly executed under Devata Enterprises agreements, production begins post payment clearance.

4. Dispatch, Freight & Transit Risks

We pack dies with protective wooden framing wraps. Once dispatched through B2B freight carriers (TCI, VRL, etc.):

  • Lead Times: While standard flatbed dies are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, delivery estimates depend on regional destination zones.
  • Transit Damage: Clients must inspect packages upon arrival. Any physical damages in transit must be reported immediately on the consignment note and communicated to Punch Kraft within 24 hours.

5. Indemnification & Liability

Under no circumstances shall Punch Kraft or its parent Devata Enterprises be liable for consequential, indirect, or operational losses (press downtime, printing waste sheets, carton material costs) arising from rule damages, base swelling, or incorrect press configurations.
