High-Precision Duplex Dies with Emboss
Engineered for luxury packaging, folding cartons, cosmetic boxes, and premium retail products. Our combination dies perform simultaneous high-speed cutting, creasing, and 3D tactile embossing in a single press stroke with micron registration accuracy.
Simultaneous Cutting, Creasing & 3D Embossing
Our Duplex Dies with Emboss integrate CNC-machined brass or hardened steel embossing counter plates directly into laser-cut birch plywood baseboards. This allows converters to achieve sharp, raised 3D textures, brand logos, and braille lettering simultaneously during the die-cutting operation.
By eliminating separate embossing passes on secondary machines, our multi-action tooling reduces press setup times by up to 50% while preventing register misalignments between cut lines and embossed artwork features.

Duplex Dies with Emboss FAQ
Male and female CNC-milled brass or steel embossing dies are mounted with micron precision into the laser-cut wooden baseboard alongside standard cutting and creasing rules. When the platen press closes, the embossing block forms the 3D paperboard detail at the exact moment cutting rules pierce the board.
Yes! Our modular mounting system allows individual embossing blocks to be re-registered or replaced without rebuilding the entire wooden die board, reducing long-term maintenance costs.
