MACHINES
Step inside our state-of-the-art die-manufacturing factory. We utilize high-power CNC laser cutters and automated rule processors to achieve absolute B2B tooling precision.
Precision Manufacturing Machinery
We utilize CNC laser cutters and automated rule processors to achieve absolute B2B tooling precision.
CNC Laser Platforms (800W / 1000W)
Our facility houses high-precision CNC laser slotting tables. These systems cut narrow rules-channels vertically into multi-layer premium birch plywood bases. By maintaining clean kerf widths matching steel rule thickness perfectly, the rules remain vertical under high die-cutting stamping pressures, preventing crease cracks.
- Tolerance: ±0.02mm
- Plywood Depth: 12mm-18mm
- Dual Laser Heads
- Rapid Slot Feed Rates
CNC Automatic Benders (WMS & Richlytop)
We deploy WMS and Richlytop automatic rule benders to process premium steel rules. The bender reads vector layouts from our CAD design stations directly, executing complex bends, creasing heights, bridge slotting, and lips with absolute structural consistency.
- Rule Height: Up to 30mm
- Rule Thickness: 2Pt / 3Pt / 4Pt
- Automated Mitering & Bridging
- Perfect Joint Formations
WMS Rule Crease Cutters
Our dedicated WMS Crease Cutters perform depth-calibrated cuts and crease profile shaping. This guarantees that creasing rules match folding requirements perfectly, preventing surface paper tearing or cracking during folding-gluing operations.
- Perfect Crease Alignment
- Custom Profiling Rule Dies
- Absolute Depth Consistency
- Reduces Paper Dusting
Manual Rules Setting & Bending Stations
While automated systems handle standard high-volume geometries, our skilled manual die artisans build bespoke prototypes and customized industrial profile dies. Our manual bending units allow quick rule adjustments, custom height setups, and rapid prototype validation.
- Custom Profile Adjustments
- Hand-Assembled Quality Control
- Rapid Die Proofs Drafting
- Special Material Compatibility
Pre-Production CAD Processing
Every die begins at our design desk. We accept vector CAD file inputs including .DXF, .CF2, and .DWG formats. Our layout software optimizes spacing, calculates rule heights, coordinates rubber ejection pads, and sends precise vectors directly to the lasers and benders. This integrated data workflow ensures zero communication errors between design and physical tooling.
